Leighton is the
Engineering Services Delivery Manager at BellBridge. He is a Chartered Engineer
possessing over 20 years’ experience in operations, technical and project
management successfully leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver strategic projects
and operations. Liaising with stakeholders to meet client expectations,
prioritising business requirements, managing resource allocation and providing
leadership for HSE compliance, controlling costs, delivering on KPI’s and
maintaining strict quality standards.
In this role, he oversees the delivery of professional services,
ensuring that projects meet client specifications and are completed
efficiently. Leighton is a key member of the BellBridge team, contributing to
the company's commitment to providing high-quality solutions.
He is also a dedicated
mentor, passionate about fostering new talent through BellBridge’s Graduate and
Apprenticeship Program and promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous
improvement within his team.
